Beth Carpenter

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Beth received her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Gannon University and later completed her M.B.A. at St. Bonaventure University. Beth’s career led her throughout the Eastern United States working for some of the largest engineering companies managing and marketing multi-million dollar projects. In 2003, she turned her once hobby of real estate into a full-time career, quickly becoming a top producing residential real estate agent in the Central Virginia area.

With over 17 years of experience Beth has worked with buyers and sellers in both the new construction and resale market. Beth is thrilled to be part of the Exit First Realty family. Beth has grown her business and reputation though years of dedication sticking by her commitment to provide her clients exemplary personalize service beyond their expectations. She has sold in every product category and price range from entry level homes in the $100k's to luxury homes and bed and breakfast properties ranging well over $2 million.
